There is a connectivity issue between your Sierra Chart and TWS. But we do not know exactly what it is, as there is not enough information. The one thing we can tell you to check is to ensure that you are on the most recent version of Sierra Chart (v 2626) and that you are on the most recent "Stable" release of TWS (make sure it is what they call a "Stable" release, do not use any other version).
