We have now patched the missing Binance data. Follow the instructions here to download missing data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart We will be looking into the problem over the next week to see why it has happened. It might be related to a nonstandard implementation we did to minimize problems with the Binance feed. We are not sure at this point in time. We are surprised by the issue because we thought we did everything possible to avoid this. Or it could be that the Binance server just stopped sending data but did not disconnect. We should be able to understand what has happened. The first thing to do when you experience this is simply to select File >> Reconnect one or twice. To get to a server that is receiving data. There should always be at least one active server. If that does not resolve the issue, then use symbols from one of the other feeds: BitMex or Deribit or Bitfinex.
