A connection error has found its way into my SC. I have - unfortunately - yet been unable to resolve this. 1) I am running the latest version of SC (2626) 2) I restarted the computer 3) I flushed the DNS 4) Tried YES & NO on: "Always use port 443 for real-time data" 5) Tried YES & NO on: "Enable DTC Protocol server" 6) This help page did not provide a solution (LINK: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem) Please see the message log and settings below in the attached images. Hopefully this can be resolved fast - I usually manage solving tech issues with SC, but this time I am in the dark.. Thanks! |
