The reason we do not include the content of a Support Board posting is because if the post is changed, then you will not see the updated content. Sometimes after we make a post, we need to edit the posting to correct technical errors or dictation errors. If the content was in an email, then there would not be any correction to that text already sent out. Also if we added additional text to a posting, sometimes just seconds later because we have something more to say, then once again the email already sent out will not have this additional text. It is common that we do edit posts. We understand there is a trade-off here, but we do feel it is much better to just link to the board.
