Hi I just purchased the Package 12 and MBO is not working. I inquired in the demo and was shown the solution here. Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions This worked out in the Demo and I had no problems with receiving MBO data. Why after paying for Package 12 is this not working. I repeated the steps in the link above and also after no success reinstalled Sierra Chart to start from scratch. I AM ONLY TRADING THE ES MINI S&P 500 FUTURES". Please help me understand what I am doing wrong. Thank you. |
