The documentation you are referencing is only true when you are placing orders through that custom study. It does not apply to the status of the "Use Attached Orders" option itself. There is not a function or variable that controls the "Use Attached Orders" option on the Trade Window directly. To turn this on/off through ACSIL, you would need to use two different Configuration files and use ACSIL to change between them.
