We do apologize, but for some reason the log is not coming to us.

Can you take an image of the log screen after you try again. Be sure to scroll up and see if there is another error. The error of "Maximum Number of Retries Encountered" can come up if the installer is sitting after it finished the installation properly. So there is probably some other error above that is causing the issue, but we need to know what it states.

Another alternative is to use the "Zip Installer" instead. Refer to the following:
