I am brand new to SC and currently using a trial version to see if I can accomplish what I am looking for. All I want to do is use the playback feature. I was able to get a couple charts loaded up but still I am not finding some symbols and want to double check that I have the correct symbols. What data package would I need to purchase to get historical data for these symbols ($TICK, $ADSPD, $VIX.X, SPY, $SPX.X)? And/Or if these symbols are available under different names? I just need some help getting started. I am using SPX500 for $SPX.X is this the correct equivalent for the cash index? What data package will this come in? I am using TICK-NYSE for $TICK is this the correct equivalent or is there something else? The others I could not find and am wondering where to look. Thank you and sorry for such a small thing. SC is kinda overwhelming at first. |
