First, this should never happen. If you are running in Safe Mode, you should not have this problem. Which would indicate this is a system issue. Based upon everything we are reading here, at this point we want you to use a different computer and see if you can reproduce the problem. The computer has to be ruled out as the problem. If that is difficult, the next step is to do a completely new installation of Sierra Chart into a different folder. Start with new Chartbooks and do not use anything existing from a prior installation (Although this should not matter). Install Sierra Chart into the folder: C:\SierraChart2\ The other thing we would like to know is how much memory is Sierra Chart using?
