Did you completely delete the Sierra Chart installation? You did not need to do that and we did not specify that.
I did not completely delete it. But the backup that I had did not have all my latest settings. And the installer failed on me three times. For every Alert number I was changing to : send as a chat message was set to No And in the notifications tab : Chat identifier or Chat Name for Alerts was removed and made it blank This was done in all instances. Every time I would cancel an order the chat window would be -> I would recheck this setting every time and everything looked ok like above. this was pissing me off. You can see in post #1 , even in the message log that it was trying to send the msg to that group. Despite the group being deleted. I think it could be related to recent fix youll made. |
