Please get us the file named 'Sierra4.config' located in your main Sierra Chart installation folder. This has the global settings for your system including your Control Bar buttons. We'll take a look and see what we can see. Refer to the following for how to attach a file: What is the control bar number that has these buttons? And what are the names on the buttons?
