If you do this, this absolutely will stop alerts to the chat. There is no other possibility: On that page set the option for "Chat Identifier or Chat Name for Alerts" to be blank (i.e. remove anything that you have in this field.
We see that you are using sub instances of Sierra Chart. So in Global Settings >> General Settings>> Alerts in the sub instances and main instance, set this setting to zero or blank. This absolutely will stop the alerts to the chat.
