There have been a few updates recently where we locked out a few releases due to issues, particularly related to the changes for alerts recently. So it is possible that you just happened to hit these particular releases at the "wrong" times, so you did have to update a few times. If you are on release 2621 now, you should be fine.

Another reason this occurs is because you have multiple installations of Sierra Chart and somehow the update is not applying to the correct installation.

The next time you start your Sierra Chart, select the "Cancel" button the login screen to stop the automatic login and note the software version that is listed in the title bar of that window. If it is not one of the current versions, then it will request you to update. Then note this again when you start again to see what it shows.
