Dear Sierra Chart Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you regarding an issue I am experiencing with my trading account and data feed on the Sierra Chart platform.

I recently opened a trading account with Dorman Trading and have been utilizing the Teton Order Routing data feed. While I am able to successfully connect to my trading account through Sierra Chart, I am encountering a problem with historical data retrieval.

Specifically, when I load charts on the platform, I am only able to access historical data for a maximum of 5 days. I have thoroughly checked and verified my settings within the Chart Settings and other relevant windows, yet the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in identifying the root cause of this problem and provide guidance on how to resolve it? I rely heavily on historical data for my trading analysis, and this limitation significantly impacts my ability to make informed decisions.

Any insights or steps you can provide to rectify this issue would be greatly appreciated. If further information or details are needed from my end, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
