CTS should have an indication of why the problem is occurring.

At what frequency does this occur?

One thing we recommend , if it is not difficult, is to not use any market depth features for any of the symbols to reduce bandwidth to see if that helps.

We suspect, the problem has something to do with bandwidth usage or server load.

Another thing you can do is to subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the rest of this month. If the problem is market data feed related, then we are confident that will solve the problem. You can do that for all of the CME markets. For the Russell index, the exchange fee is high. You can continue to rely on CTS for that. More information:
