For the chartbook issue, use one of the backup files that we create. Refer to the following: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File With regards to the data, everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting real-time data for instruments traded on the CME exchange, as that is the exchange that you have active. Keep in mind that if you have changed your "Current Selected Service" then you may need to update your symbols, as each service uses different symbols. To do this, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
