You mentioned above that you have the option for "Only Orders from Chart" enabled. Make sure this is NOT enabled (i.e. disabled) by ensuring that you do not have a checkmark next to it. In particular, you want this for the charts in the other windows where you are keeping the 15 minute charts for each product. From everything you are stating, this should resolve the issue, as you were not having those charts show any information. With the option disabled, those charts will show the information, and it will then show in the "Chart Stats".
