Dear Support Im a new Sierra User and maybe that's why I not understand fully your services and settings...YES I read a lot and even then I have generally settings question. So I'm start Sierra install and payed I guess all I need. Service packages 12 and also pay for real Future with marker depth already. And do all the legal answer are needed for the services. I guessI have all set up and do it. My broker account is IB (Interactive Broker) Yes I also follow all the instruction to connect with them. So far ok BUT ! If im connected to the Services SC Data - All Services I see all the data and feel all great.. I see real data and I see at the Numbers Bar all data the last hours and so ... I guess Im this way connected To Denali feed from Sierra and with the Live Date I also pay from Future ...so ok nice ... If im change the service settings to IB (Interactive Broker) with all the settings as you describe, I can see the account Name yes etc... But when im look the Number Bar I not see any older Number Bars with values and correct data ?! MY QUESTION NOW: please answer me simple, so im able to understand what im doing or Understanding wrong to be connected with the IB account and get all the real time Data and historical Date (Denali Exchange Data) to work professional. MY Understanding and Question NOW: I was thinking about Date ...as follow > 1) I pay Sierra Chart as Service and with the Packages 12 and I get all the Data I need. Historical and Live (Denali Exchange) on a Professional Level. 2) And I pay the Real time Date packages as service from the Future Exchange like CME etc with the Market depth and Live Data as needed legal side to be provided with real time. 3) And I connect my Broker Account IB and can send them my orders over Sierra Chart. BUT I feel When im connected to Interactive broker I get (ONLY !) the bad data quality (provided from IB) what nobody can use for professional Trading (and the Numbers Bars etc empty) ..> Where is the Denali Data quality and the Reald Data (like CME etc Data I need to trading with Quality? Im get a bit lost why I see with IB Service settings connected only the bad Data (even I pay all the packages) and only with the Service connected SC Data All Services Im see all the professional Denali Exchange Data I needed ?? Thanks a lot to be patient and help me out what im thinking wrong or doing wrong. I see either the professional Data and are connected with SC Data, or im connected with my IB Account but unable to use quality Data.
