I have used in the past a study (trial ) that has the same behavior after the time trial limit expired - no colors on candles: each candle is a hollow candle. I do not have a problem with that (I did not pay for the study). However my own ASCIL study seem to have sign of this same behavior: loosing colors by simply clicking on any loaded study settings as shown in the video - very frustrating. The colors are instantly back by clicking on any settings in the chart settings or by clicking on Chart->Recalculate. As per your advise I did not include any files yet but have them handy.
