You have the "Draw Style" for the Volume Subgraph set to "Transparent Bar Bottom". This is why you are seeing the two values, as this is a special draw style that is meant to be used to color the region between subgraphs. It is not meant to be used alone. It is best to change this Draw Style to "Bar". There is not a "Transparent Bar" draw style, so there is not a way to get this transparent, if that is the main goal of that selection for the style.
