So the account IS showing in the Trade Window? Have you done any trades with this account through Sierra Chart yet? As to the greyed out options, those are for when you are using our "Simulated Futures Trading Service", as you can modify your account information through that interface. Since you are connected to IB, those options are not available. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
