You are showing all accounts in the Trade window as an option to select those in question for trading, but the account is not even visible in trade positions or trade account windows. Jigsaw's having no issue with the account balance, which tells you nothing unusual. It's an IRA account and is perfectly fine for futures trading. Please see the attached.
