Is the option for "Use Attached Orders" enabled on the Trade Window? Do you have the Target and Stop setup properly in the Trade Window?

Check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is anything in there that gives an indication of what may have occurred with the attached orders. You can copy and post the contents of this log to this thread for us to take a look if you like.

If the Trade Service Log is not obvious, then go to your "Trade >> Trade Activity Log" and look for the orders for the Target and Stop in the "Trade Activity Page". If you find the orders being sent then look for any information in the "OrderActionSource" section for why they may have been rejected. Refer to the following:
