In Simulation Mode you need to have the Input for "Send Orders To Trade Service" set to "No". Given this, and the Auto-Trading options set as you have, then it should be working. When you get a signal but do not have anything showing in the chart, select "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is anything in there that gives an indication of what is occurring. This is definitely not an issue with duplicating the chart since you started a new spreadsheet.
