Hi,
I am signed up for a top step tryout, the data for which is provided through Rithmic. I currently have the rithmic login info in sierra settings along with market data+historical data login info and have had no issue with this for weeks now. Since yesterday, my charts are constantly switching between waiting to download historical data, downloading, historical data, and historical download complete, yet nothing on the charts changes. The price is misaligned with where it should be most of the time and sometimes correct. I have gone through the forum and have found some potential solutions, none of which have worked. I have tried removing the market data and historical data login info from data/trade service settings and have allowed for support from sierra chart data feeds so that I can rely on the Denali data I pay for but then my charts just stall and nothing loads. I have also disconnected from the Rithmic feed and then connected to my live Teton feed so I can ensure that wasn't the problem. Please advise how to proceed. Thanks
