This is the error from the log Symbol Error - ZBH24 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Market depth request not allowed | 2024-03-04 19:42:40.438 I'm trying to get delayed data on ES for simulated trading. I have the data service set to Trading Evaluator - Delayed. I'm currently trying ESH24 symbol but no other symbols I have tried work either. The data connection is in the green and it populates with historic data but nothing flows after that. I recently upgraded to a higher package, base advanced package 5. Things I have tried to use: Edit -> Translate Symbol to current service. Restarting. |
