1) Since you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will get the full information for the 500 days. We can not say exactly what someone meant then they said the data would only be good from when you connect and going forward, but this is a problem with other data providers, as they do not always have the historical data with the full Bid/Ask information. 2)Check the following in "Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart" - Bar High-Low Down - Bar High-Low Up In particular, the "Width" setting for these. It looks like these are set to a value of "2", and you probably want them to be "1".
