First of all, please note that the exchanges that you had active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew this morning since you did not have enough funds in your account at that time. You can add funds and then re-activate the exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices -- The data will be as accurate as the underlying data that makes up the historical chart. Since you are using our Denali Exchange Data Feed, the data for the CME Group is 1 tick data going back to 2011. So the Numbers Bars information is going to be accurate going back that far, as long as you have the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" is set to "1 tick".
