Post From: Live positions disappearing in the middle of a trade

Today whenever i enter a trade, my filled position disappears within 5 seconds of entry. My take profit and stop loss stay on, but the position i am in just disappears and shows no p&l. When this happens, I am still actually in the position on Interactive brokers, and have to manually close the position on IBKR. If i click flatten on sierra to close everything when this glitch happens, my stops are cancelled but i am still in the position on ibkr. Once i manually close the trade on IBKR, sierra charts shows me the proper DPL, but then also shows that i am in the position again on Sierra, when in fact i am not. If i click flatten on sierra to clear it all, that re-enters a trade on IBKR. Quite sketchy actually! Not sure if this is a sierra chart issur or IBKR. I know IBKR has its problems at times. Up until now, the connection has been seamless |
