In the chartbook you sent, Study ID45 has only the Close and HL Avg subgraphs set to display and your setting for "Do Not Output Subgraphs Set to Ignore" is to "Yes". And also, you had the "Close" subgraph not set to "Include In Spreadsheet". When we add the "Include to Spreadsheet" for that item and then clear and recalculate (as per Sawtooth's suggestion) then everything is showing as we expect.
