There are a number of reasons why the data could be different, most of the items are related to the Chart Settings. One item in particular that can affect this is the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> New Bar at Session Start". And even if this option is set to "No" for both installations, then you would have to ensure that both charts are starting at the same time. But you would also need to look through most of the Chart Settings to ensure they are the same. And keep in mind there are other settings that can affect the data such as the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Storage Time Unit". If you believe the settings are the same, then try to redownload the data in both charts and see if that resolves the issue. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data Another thing you can do is to copy the chartbook from one installation to another and open it in the other installation and see if the data is the same in this case. If it is, then it is something in the chart settings. If they are not the same, then there is something in the global settings somewhere that is different.
