Joe ?, Just one possible way. I would try making a new 'test' chartbook, with 1 new chart, add trading windows. Save , close, restart SC and open test chartbook. See if all windows appear as you expect. If yes, then something is corrupted in either your chartbook or chart. You can save all of your studies / setup to a collection to use in the rebuild.
