It would help us more if we know all of the study Input settings it is set to. These can be viewed through Analysis >> Studies >> Countdown Timer >> Settings >> Settings and Inputs. We only need to know the Input settings. To confirm that the computer's clock is set accurately we need to see the Message Log.
