Post From: Timeout getting historical fills via DTC on Sim1 account after upgrade

I upgraded from 2561 to 2604, and now I get a timeout (and no responses nor rejections) when I send a DTC request for historical fills for Sim1. The request worked before the upgrade, and it still works after the upgrade on my live account. The HistoricalOrderFillsRequest looks like this: RequestId:6, TradeAccount:"Sim1", NumberOfDays:10; Timeout times I've tried from 10000 to 60000 milliseconds.

I don't see any clue in the message log or in the trade activity log about the request. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
