Therefore, this is absolute confirmation that this is a Rithmic issue.

Next time this happens give us the Service Order ID and the server (File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >>Main Settings >> Server) being connected to and we will tell Rithmic.

The reason you see this with Sierra Chart is because Sierra Chart is using a DTC connection developed by one of the Rithmic developers to their system. It is different than other programs use. So likely the issue is with that.
