There is not a way to get exactly what you are wanting, as we do not have an option to only display the Value Area for the Volume by Price study. If the bar lengths are not important to you, but just the height of the Value Area, then you could use the "Volume Value Area Lines for Bars" study. You can then fill the area between the Value Area High and Value Area Low if you want.
