Don't worry about the account number, that is not the issue. Refer to the following regarding the account number with CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Trading Account Numbers There is something about your order setup that CQG does not like. Most likely this is the "Time in Force". Be sure to check this with both the parent and any attached orders. It is best to have this set to "Day" (assuming you are not holding any overnight positions) or "Good til Cancelled". But you would need to check with your broker to get the specific issue.
