The "Write Bar and Study Data" study has an Input for "Include Hidden Studies". So if you set this to "Yes" and then set the studies that you do not want to show up in the output to "Hidden" then they will not be there. If you want to have a subgraph displayed, but not output, then you would have to create a custom study to do this.
