Thanks. "access to custom studies stored locally" By this I mean study collections of delivered/custom studies, formulas, strategies, setups, configuration etc developed/created by each trader and stored locally under SC/data folder. It seems your tool would need access to the entire SC/data folder to access config properties file (which makes this solution vulnerable to exposure imo).
