Couple of quick questions: 1) Since this is a sticky thread, does this equate to "certified by Sierra Chart Engineering" as a safe 3rd party product to use. 2) Reading the "What will Sierra++ never do ?" section on your website, It would be nice to include 2.1) your product will NOT have access to any of the custom studies and collections stored locally within the SC Platform? 2.2) A link to robust privacy policy statement in regards to tracking/monitoring/uploading details of logs etc to your website and what levels of details are captured, stored from a user's machine onto your application and website 2.3) A small, portable Windows application (.exe) with no external dependency - Is this statement audited by an independent 3rd party auditor or certified by SC Engineering?Seems like a good tool but I am always anxious about installing 3rd party apps on my local drive without access to source code or certifications from well-known governing authorities. Just a sticky thread is not enough imo. |
