Apparently the reason this problem occurred is because of the particular CCI study you are using, was removed from the main list of studies. However, that should not have caused any kind of problems you were encountering. We could not duplicate those problems.

We have added the study back. You will need to update the latest prerelease with Help >> Download Prerelease.


However, we need to understand why all of these exceptions and other problems occurred. This does not make sense to us. So we still would appreciate to get your Chartbook to determine the source of the problem.
