The issue causing this message to appear and preventing the Chartbook from being read is solved: Unable to read newer Chartbook file format. Update ATCharts by selecting 'Help >> Download Current Version'. We will be putting out a new release later today. However, we cannot duplicate these exceptions: Chart: NQU4 2 Min #6 | Study: Unknown name | Exception occurred while calling study function. | 2014-07-02 15:24:57
Chart: NQU4 2 Min #6 | Study: Unknown name | Exception occurred while calling study function. | 2014-07-02 15:24:57 An unhandled exception was caught in c_Chart::WindowProc.
