We can not say for sure which release it was first in, but that is a new setting that allows you to control the direction you drag to expand/compress the price scale.
Just wanted to make sure if its what i was asking because i tried to use that setting and it didnt work for me. it did not change the direction when i changed the setting My setting was selected at "moving down decreases range and moving up increases range" still moving down is increasing the range and moving up decreasing the range.
