We are not seeing any issue with the Trading DOM that has SPY-NQTV in it, but you also have a Trading DOM open for SPX500. SPX500 is a CFD and we do not have market depth data for CFDs. We have attached an image of what we see when we open your Chartbook. We have attached an image of what we see.
