I am not receiving SMS messages. Email alerts are triggered and arrive every time. Info: -Phone number was checked multiple times and is correct. -Country code is correct. -Account balance is above minimum required for recurring monthly purchases. -$0.05 was deducted from my account. -SMS is enabled for both alerts (Alert1: Take Profit; Alert2: Stop Loss) -Alert log says it was sent both to my email and phone.
