For built in name:
sc.GetBuiltInStudyName(const int InternalStudyIdentifier, SCString& r_StudyName)
which uses the identifier source via sc.GetStudyInternalIdentifier

For short name:
sc.GetChartStudyShortName(int32_t ChartNumber, int32_t StudyID, SCString& r_ShortName)
