What column contains the data in the spreadsheet? Keep in mind only columns K, L, M, and N are set to display by default, so if you are using a different formula column, you would have to set the subgraph information appropriately. What Region are you having this displayed in? You do state that "The data is within the chart range", but please double check this. Make sure the values of the spreadsheet are such that they will display properly in the selected region. You may want to put the Spreadsheet Study in a separate region to start with to ensure that this is not a scaling issue. Then if you are able to view the data properly in a separate region, then you can move it to Region 1.
