If you are trying to get data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, then you have to have your own personal, live, funded, futures trading account. An account with a Prop Firm does not count towards this requirement. Refer to the information here:

If you do not have another account that meets the above requirements, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:

If you are wanting data for any of the other exchanges (EUREX, CFE, or U.S. Equities) then you can leave the question of clearing firm and account number blank - it is not a requirement to have these for these other exchanges.
