When we referenced NASDAQ we were talking about the exchange, not the futures symbol, so everything we stated was in relation to QQQ. There is no reason for you to have any issue getting data further back than 5 days. We just opened a chart for both QQQ and QQQ-NQTV and we can get data further back. Try changing the symbol to QQQ to start, so you will get the data from the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape. Then if you are not getting data further back, set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Date Range in File From" to "2023-12-01". When you select OK, the system will ask you if you want to download data back to that date, be sure to answer "yes". Let the system download the data, then change your "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Days to Load" to "50", and let us know if you do not get the data back to about to about the middle of December.
