If it is after hours, then you will not get any data. Let us know if you are still having an issue with this today. If so, what is the exact Error Message you are getting? As to the settings, the only items that really matter are the "Tick Size" and the "Price Display Format". You would want to use whatever the smallest tick size is for the symbols that make up the Custom Symbol, and then the Price Display Format is set by whatever the Tick Size is.
